Valances
It is another way of decorating the top of the window and a more economical alternative to swags and tails. It can be in any style i.e. pencil, inverted, Dutch or French pleated. This style is again suited for high stud windows and is generally fit on the track. The length of the valances varies between 30cms to 40cms depending upon the window height.
